Whiting: 

For 12 to 24 months old children

 Ingredients:

1 cup water

2 scoops milk powder

1 piece of whiting fillet

1 tbsp chopped parsley

1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

1/4 tsp mustard

2 tsp cornflour

 

Preparation:

mix the milk powder with water, add to the parsley and and boil in a fry pan.

Add the fish, reduce heat and let simmer for 8 minutes or until fish is cooked.

Remove from heat and place fish in a serving plate.

Mix the cheese, mustard and flour together.

Add the cheese mix to the milk and parsley, stir until the chesse is melted and sauce thickened.

Pour the sauce over the fish and serve.
