Stuffed Potatoes: 

For 9 to 12 months old children

Ingredients:

2 small potatoes

4 tbsp full fat ricotta cheese

 

Preparation:

Boil the potatoes until tender.

Cut each potato in half.

Scoop out the inside of each potato.

Mix the scooped out potato flesh with the ricotta cheese.

Place the mixture back inside the potato and serve.
