Pasta with Cream and Bacon: 

For 12 to 24 months old children

Ingredients:

4 rashers bacon

500 g pasta bows

2 eggs

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

5 scoops milk powder

1 1/2 cups water

A little bit of salt

 

Preparation:

Cut the bacon into small strips, remove the rind.

Cook the bacon over medium heat until crisp.

Remove from heat and drain on paper towels.

Cook the pasta in boiling water.

Mixx the milk powder with the 1 1/2 cups of water.

Whisk the eggs and combine with the milk and mix in a mixing bowl.

Pour the mixture into a saucepan and stir over a medium heat until slightly thickened (do not bring to boil).

Add the grated parmesan cheese and stir through.

When the pasta is cooked, remove from the pan, drain and return it to the pan (do not place on the stove).

Pour the creamy mixture over the hot pasta.

Add the bacon strips and toss the mixture well.

Return the pan to the stove and cook mixture over low heat for 1 minute or until the mixture has slightly thickened.

Add salt and serve.
