Meatballs: 

For 9 to 12 months old children

Ingredients:

125 g lean mince

1 tsp tomato paste

1 tbsp chopped basil

2 tbsp breadcrumbs

1 egg yolk

 

For the sauce:

1/2 can of chopped tomatoes

 

Preparation:

Mix the meatball ingredients together in a bowl.

Roll into little balls with wet hands.

Heat the oil in a fry pan.

Fry meatballs on all sides for 10 minutes until golden brown.

 

Sauce:

Heat the chopped tomatoes in a pan for 10 minutes or until thickenned.

 

Serve meatballs with the tomato sauce.
