Honeycomb Slice: 

for 12 to 24 months old children 

Ingredients:

125 g butter

1/3 cup caster sugar

2 eggs, lightly beaten

1/2 cup honeycomb, crushed

4 scoops milk powder

2/3 cup plain flour

1/3 cup self-raising flour

1/4 cup plain milk

 

Preparation:

Beat the butter and sugar until light and creamy.

Gradually add the eggs while mixing.

Fold the mix in flour, the milk powder and milk until smooth.

Spoon mixture in a greased tin, smooth surface.

Bake in an oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees heat until golden brown.

Cut into squares and serve.
