Fish Fingers: 

For 9 to 12 months old children

Ingredients:

2 pieces of boneless white fish cut into strips

2 tbsp flour

2 tbsp breadcrumbs

2 egg yolks, beaten

 

Preparation:

Dip the fish slices - one at a time - into the egg, then into the flour, then egg again, and finally dip them in the breadcrumbs.

Fry in olive oil until golden.

 

For 9 to 12 months old children
