Fish Fillet: 

For 12 to 24 months old children

Ingredients:

200 g boneless fish fillet

5 scoops milk powder

2 cups of water

1 egg

1 smalll onion

 

Preparation:

Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees.

Place the fish in a greased pie-dish.

Mix the milk powder with the 2 cups of water.

Beat the egg and add to the milk.

Slice the onion and add to the mixture.

Pour the mixture over the fish and bake for 45 minutes until well done.

Serve.
