Chicken Soup: 

For 9 to 12 months old children

Ingredients:

2 potatoes, peeled and cubed

1/2 cup barley

1 small leek, finely chopped

1 carrot finely chopped

2 cups diluted chicken stock

1 tbsp butter

 

Preparation:

Saute the vegetable in butter until they are soft.

Fry the chicken pieces until they are cooked.

Add the chicken stock and simmer gently for 20 minutes.

Puree the mixture and serve.

For 9 to 12 months old children
