Chicken and Mushroom Casserole: 

For 12 to 24 months old children

Ingredients:

100 g chicken, cooked and diced

15 g butter

15 g plain flour

5 scoops milk powder

2 cups water

25 g mushrooms, chopped

 

Preparation:

Heat the butter in a saucepan.

Fry the mushrooms until soft.

Add the flour and cook for 3 minutes.

Mix the milk powder with the 2 cups of water and add to the mixture.

Stir through the mixture until the sauce thickens.

Add the chicken, stir through and let simmer for 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and serve.
