Banana Oat Crunch: 

For 12 to 24 months old children 

Ingredients:

4 large bananas, sliced

1/4 cup wholemeal flour

1/4 cup rolled oats

2 tbsp brown sugar

4 scoops milk powder

1/4 cup melted butter

 

Preparation:

Place the bananas in an ovenproof dish.

Mix flour, milk powder (mixed in 2 cups of water) and brown sugar together in a mixing bowl.

Add the melted butter to the mixture.

Sprinkle the mixture on the top of the bananas.

Bake in an oven at 180 degrees heat for 30 minutes.

Serve hot or cold.
